I spent an entire 5 days with some friends (love you sam and kim) in the outer banks- which for me is an eternity. Pretty much b/c is you are a successful creative person, you work every second of every day. I did get some work done, just from the sand.
Now I am back, and back to drawing all things fashion. Here are a few things that remind me of my time among the jellyfish and ghost crabs.

i want: california cutting board
i love california, i have so many happy memories there and cannot stop dreaming of a day where i am finally able to pack up and leave the Midwest for the Golden State. needless to say, i am currently stuck out in the hot and muggy middle of America, meaning that i am magnetically drawn to any reminder of my favorite state. today i found a California cutting board! :

I'm a fairly crafty girl and I'm also on what the roomies and I like to call a "bujay" [think "budget" pronounced with a terrible fake-French accent]. The natural solution to overcoming this decorating obstacle is creating my own unique designs.
